Where do you go if you want advice on how to make the very best pizzas in Cardiff?
Well Jamie Oliver obviously knew the best person to speak to was Acapela “Pizzeria King” – Hywel Wigley!
The pair shared tips on what makes the very best pizza and I think it’s fair to say that Jamie had to agree that a wood fired pizza oven is undoubtedly the best and that the new Gypsy Jazz pizza launched at Acapela this week is going to take some beating!
